Reporting to:
Will head the business development for trade credit products, focusing on driving growth through client acquisition, strategic partnerships, and relationship management.
Key Accountabilities:
- Strategy & Execution: Develop and implement sales strategies for trade credit solutions.
- Client Management: Drive new corporate client acquisition and manage key accounts.
- Team Leadership: Lead and mentor the trade credit sales team.
- Partnerships:Expand market reach by collaborating with brokers, financial institutions, and industry associations.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Coordinate with underwriting, claims, and risk teams to deliver client solutions.
- Performance Monitoring: Track market trends, competition, client portfolio health, and report sales performance.
- Compliance: Ensure adherence to all regulatory and internal policies.
Requirements:
- At least 8 plus years of New Client Acquisition experience in Insurance/ Banking/ Factoring industry.
