Corporate Client Acquisition Executive/ Manager.

Key Accountabilities:
- Identify and prospect corporate clients in IT, BFSI and other sectors, for Recruitment solutions.
- Conduct outreach via calls, emails, LinkedIn, and events to build a pipeline of qualified leads.
- Present Duocorn's value proposition and hiring solutions.
- Negotiate and close deals, managing offers from initial pitch to contract signing.
- Maintain CRM records, track sales metrics, and collaborate on client onboarding post-closure.
Requirements:
- 5+ years in B2B sales, preferably recruitment or consulting.
- Proven network of HR decision-makers and corporate contacts.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills..
