Corporate Client Acquisition

Designation:

Corporate Client Acquisition Executive/ Manager. 


Location:

Remote.

 

Key Accountabilities:

  •  Identify and prospect corporate clients in IT, BFSI and other sectors, for Recruitment solutions.
  • Conduct outreach via calls, emails, LinkedIn, and events to build a pipeline of qualified leads.
  • Present Duocorn's value proposition and hiring solutions.
  • Negotiate and close deals, managing offers from initial pitch to contract signing.
  • Maintain CRM records, track sales metrics, and collaborate on client onboarding post-closure.


Requirements:

  • 5+ years in B2B sales, preferably recruitment or consulting.
  • Proven network of HR decision-makers and corporate contacts.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills..
