Role:

This is a key leadership role responsible for managing a team of HR professionals in the HR Shared Services Center (SSC).
This role oversees the delivery of high-quality, efficient, and customer-centric HR services to multiple countries, ensuring that both administrative and tactical HR needs are met.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

Experience: 15+ years in HR service delivery or shared services, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
Regional Expertise: Deep understanding of end-to-end HR operations (Onboarding, Life Cycle, Benefits, etc.) specifically for the North America region.
Skills: Strong background in Lean Management/Process Improvement, HR technology systems, and data analytics.
Traits: Passionate about customer experience, collaborative, and capable of driving performance in a multi-country or global HR environment.
Qualification: Master's degree in Human Resources or related field.
