Job role:
Would be responsible developing and managing strategic partnerships to drive insurance business through corporates, OEMs, financial institutions, and other affinity channels. The role focuses on revenue growth, partner relationship management, and expanding distribution opportunities.
Key Accountabilities:
- Business Development & Revenue Generation: Identify and develop affinity partnerships to drive insurance business growth and achieve revenue targets.
- Partner Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong partner relationships to ensure long-term business engagement and seamless coordination.
- Product & Solution Structuring: Work with internal teams to design customized insurance solutions aligned with partner requirements and regulatory guidelines.
- Operational Coordination: Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth onboarding, servicing, and operational efficiency for partners.
- Performance Tracking & Reporting: Monitor business performance, analyze partner MIS, and provide regular updates on growth and target achievement.
- Market Intelligence: Track market trends, competitor activities, and emerging partnership opportunities to expand distribution channels.
Requirements:
- At least 8 to 15 years in Experience in Affinity / Corporate Sales / Bancassurance
- Exposure to partnerships with NBFCs, OEMs, fintech, or digital platforms
